The Canborough Waste Management Facility is the only waste depot in Haldimand County. It's located at 499 James Rd., Dunnville, ON.
Temporary Service Change: Tire Acceptance Paused
Due to an ongoing provincial backlog, the Canborough Waste Management Facility has stopped accepting tires until further notice.

Residents can check rpra.ca/where-to-recycle or contact local tire retailers for potential alternative disposal locations.
The public waste drop-off is open year-round for garbage, leaf and yard materials and waste diversion programs.
For eligible bulky items, instead of visiting the drop-off, you can schedule collection by calling Norfolk Disposal Services at 1-800-616-0347 to schedule curbside pickup.
Please note that as of February 1, 2026, residential and commercial recycling is no longer accepted at the depot.
